From the beginning, my path as a singer, storyteller, and dancer has been driven by one core mission: to create a language to process and transcend our deepest experiences.

My journey began with rigorous classical training in Buffalo, then leading me to The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in NYC. It was a season of critical nuance and musical excellence—recording with Grammy musicians by day and waiting tables by night. But the extreme hours eventually led to total burnout. At 24, I experienced a spiritual awakening that shocked my system and forced me to retreat.

I chose to reclaim sovereignty over my own body.

I moved away from the old systems and began to tap into the power of the subconscious mind and somatics. I reprogrammed my reality through creative writing and used dance as therapy. These techniques became the blueprint for the Embodied Purpose I share today.

Throughout my 30s, I returned to my voice, opened my vocal studio, and embraced photography to further reclaim my narrative. It was through this deep integration that I finally distilled my years of experience into what I teach today. Now, at 41, I see that every decade of friction was the necessary preparation for the clarity I hold today.

I guide artists to distill their complex work into a singular Brand Essence. I help you find your highest voice, vision, and embodied purpose—so you can lead with sovereignty over your life’s work.

I currently reside in Oaxaca, Mexico with my dog Luna, anchored by a vibrant creative community.
