This workshop is for you if…
you feel disconnected from your voice or body,
you’ve learned technique but still don’t feel fully expressed,
singing feels tense, performative, or unsafe,
you want to explore voice as a pathway to presence, creativity, and self-expression,
you’re curious about the connection between breath, body, emotion, and sound.
No previous singing experience is required.
What we’ll explore
Breath and nervous-system awareness
Vocal exploration and resonance
Gentle embodied movement
The relationship between the throat and creative expression
Sound as a pathway to presence
Reflection and integration
This is not a performance class. It is a guided experience of listening, feeling, and expressing.
Why I created this workshop
I’m not here to teach you how to sing pretty — or sound like everyone else.
I’m here to help you sing from a place that feels true.
To breathe without bracing.
To sound without apologizing.
To feel your body as you use your voice.
To reconnect with the part of you that has been holding back.
Technique matters. But technique without connection can still leave you disconnected from yourself.
This workshop was born from my own experience of returning to my body through voice and discovering that the voice can become a bridge between sensation, emotion, breath, and authentic expression.
